Breakly helps you stop mindless scrolling on iPhone without turning your phone into a prison. Mini breaks snap you out before "one more swipe" wins; long breaks let the urge fade. Optional Strict Mode locks distracting apps until the break ends; essentials stay on a whitelist. Free to download with a free version covering mini and long breaks; optional subscription unlocks extras. Made by Good Orbit Labs.
